The following products are included in the rewards program (B side ONLY):

  •     Open cell foams (UPC 500, UPC Max, UPC Max Pro, UPC OCX)
  •     Closed cell foams (UPC 2.0, UPC 2.0 Max, UPC 2.0, UPC 2.0 High-Lift, UPC 2.0 HFO, UPC 2.0 Max HFO, UPC 2.0 HL HFO, UPC 2.0 Premium HFO)
  •     Roofing foam (GCMC 2.5, GCMC 2.7, GCMC 3.0)
  •     Geotechnical (Penefil 250, Penefil 375)

The minimum purchase amount required to receive awards is one set of qualifying products.

 

Your rewards will be credited on a reloadable VISA card which will arrive in the mail.

Your card will be mailed out when your first submission is added and paid out. Each submission goes through an approval process before being paid. You should expect your card to arrive 7-10 business days from the ship date.

There is currently not a limited amount of rewards that you can receive. However, each batch number is only redeemable once.

 

Cardholders can view card transactions on the cardholder website (www.mydashcard.com) or app. Cardholders will receive notice of cardholder website/app and FAQs in the card packet that contains the card.

 

If you attempt to make a purchase with an insufficient balance, the transaction may be rejected. You are unable to spend more than what is on the card; however, the merchant may ask for a second form of payment for the difference. You can check your available balance online at MyDashCard. com or by phone at 1-833-848-5768.

To purchase gasoline, take your Card inside and ask the attendant to charge an amount equal to or less than the remaining balance on your Card.

There is a spend limitation on the account of $2,500 per twenty-four (24) hours. This amount cannot be increased.

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made using the information from your Card, contact Customer Service IMMEDIATELY by calling toll free 1-833-848-5768. We may not be able to assist you if you do not contact us within 60 days of the unauthorized transaction.

You should report your Card lost or stolen immediately by calling toll free 1-833-848-5768 or by clicking the freeze card button within the MyDashCard app.

If you make a purchase in a currency or country other than the currency or country in which your Card was issued you will be charged a Foreign Transaction Fee in U.S. dollars equal to $0.50 per transaction plus 1% surcharge of the U.S. dollar amount on the total amount of the transaction.

We accept submissions on batches within 60 days of purchase. In some cases, proof of purchase may be requested.
